When it comes to ensuring her clients have a world-class experience, Sue brings her all. Coming from 30 years of experience developing and managing customer relationships, and 19 in Real Estate, Sue understands the heart and success of any relationship is taking the time to truly listen and understand her client’s needs, goals and expectations. Sue goes above and beyond for her clients and represents their best interests in everything she does on their behalf, NO EXCEPTIONS. She is dedicated to communicating effectively, is respected as a trusted advisor and strives to provide a solid foundation of education throughout the process. She also facilitates the coordination of all parties (constituents) involved in her transactions to make each transaction a stress- free experience for her clients, often literally rolling up her sleeves to help get a home ready to show. 


Sue’s 22 years of experience in Corporate Leadership has driven her to develop both shrewd project management and negotiation skills. Sue cares deeply for people and her passion is helping them transition from one chapter of life to the next, lifestyle included. She is a natural people connector, problem solver and negotiator, calmly and professionally overcoming any hurdle along the way. She believes in creating an exceptional trusting relationship with all involved to ensure her clients the best possible outcome. Sue believes in the importance of giving back to the community and chairs the CHR Volunteer Committee, instigating and being involved in many charitable events during each year. She is dedicated to helping others live their best lives. 


As a breast cancer survivor, Sue realizes how critical it is to focus on what is important in life. Sue is proud to have achieved the following accomplishments: SMDRA Diamond Circle Club, Voted 5280 Magazine 5-Star Professional 2012-2022, CHR Mastery Award, Pinnacle Award, and Academy Member. She cherishes her family and making memories, and loves everything the outdoors has to offer, especially if it includes a challenge. She has climbed 26 of Colorado's 54 14-ers, enjoys back-country skiing/snowshoeing, biking, hiking, skiing, tennis, swimming, playing the piano, and especially spending time on a daily walk with her sweet Golden Retriever, Ollie.
